You can try out focusing with an inexpensive one-on-one session with me, either in person (if you live in Costa Rica) or on
the phone.
I have coached many people through Skype, an internet program which allows one to make free international phone calls.
Even if you don't have Skype, I can call you on your land line for only $5 more, no matter where you are on this beautiful
blue planet!
Focusing on the phone works just fine. Most of us exchange focusing turns with our "focusing partners" once
a week on the phone.
My price for 50 minutes is incredibly inexpensive: only $30 for a 50 minute session. You are definitely worth it!
After this initial session, you may wish to purchase my package of eight sessions in Domain Focusing (Mind, Body, Heart
Focusing) in which you receive one session for free. You can purchase the package for only $210. Your first session can be
applied toward this package.
Learning Domain Focusing for eight sessions is not only an easy way learn focusing, it is an opportunity to work on issues
or situations in your life that need some attention. Focusing will reveal to you the implicit meaning and life-forward movement
within them. I cannot begin to describe how powerful it is to be listened to by someone in a reflective, focusing way as you
process areas of your life that need healing. You will be enjoying fresh insights and felt shifts in body blocks as you learn
a new skill. You will be very pleased.
If you know one other person who is interested in learning Focusing with you, we can arrange to work together on the phone
through one and a half hour sessions where you each get individual attention. Working with others is much more fun and enriching
than just working one-on-one, though both have their inherent value. Learning focusing with another will help you practice
listening skills as you practice "felt sensing". At $35 each for the hour and a half session, you actually get an
extra half hour of focusing learning time for only $5 more. It is worth the effort.

I also offer "Intro to Focusing" Mini Workshops, which explore the concept of "Clearing a Space"
and "felt sensing" (the natural skill of holding and waiting for our inner felt experience to reveal itself to us).
Groups and organizations that wish to offer their members a new practice for self awareness are welcome to contact me to set
this up.
For small groups in Costa Rica or Teleconferences, I offer a five-week Domain Focusing course which covers the basic elements
of Focusing and Fresh Listening. Each class is two and a half hours long. You get 12.5 hours of focusing for only $150. That
is only $12 an hour!
I offer these low prices primarily because I love Focusing and want to pass it on to others. Living in Costa Rica enables
me to do this.
It is a gift to myself to be able to share this powerful process with others so that they are enabled to do it with a
focusing partner in the future for free.
Inner Wisdoms has made space available for free Focusing Changes meetings. These are two-hour long "get-togethers"
for experienced Focusers to meet and practice their focusing skills with new partners. These "Changes" meetings
help Focusers develop a sense of community and stimulate new ways of approaching the focusing experience. Contact me if you

As I am developing a new model for healing from addictive processes, I welcome any who wish to commit to 12 weeks to contact
me so we can work on a Recovery Focusing program which complements 12 Step Program principles and Steps.
This "mini-course" teaches you both focusing and the 12 Steps (as you explore them for yourself), so it is ideal
for anyone who has an interest in recovery and 12 Step Programs. We will work together through any addictive process from
which you seek freedom, being with it One Day At A Time; one Recovery Focusing Session at a time.
This Recovery Focusing 12 Week Mini-Course can also be a first step of sorts for those who truly wish to be "relieved
of the bondage of self" (Third Step Prayer)and of addiction. (Ideally, those who are hurting enough and ready to find
a solution to their misery and confusion - realizing they are in the grip of something bigger than them - will complement
this 12 week Recovery Focusing process with participation in a 12 Step Program. This is not, however, a requirement for my
course. I merely recommend a 12 Step group because they work.)
I can also accompany anyone who wishes to work the 12 Steps while learning Focusing in order to recover from the soul
injury of sexual abuse. The only requirement is a desire to heal. The only thing you need to trust is your own innate power
to heal, which can be unblocked with gentle, careful focusing attention. You don't have to be alone with it all anymore.

Working on the phone creates a safe holding space for you and in many ways concentrates the focusing experience by minimizing
