RECOVERY FOCUSING
Learn how to approach life from you inner felt experience of it.
Focusing is a practice of processing issues or situations(or feelings) through the grounded, embodied "inner holding
of and interaction with" the felt sense of these issues or feelings.
It is like sensing into the meaning of things by going inside yourself and noticing what comes from this inside space.
RECOVERY FOCUSING walks you through the 12 Steps of Recovery while Teaching you Domain Focusing (Mind/Body/Heart Focusing)in
an experiential practical way that honors your individual life path.
RECOVERY FOCUSING will enable you to:
- "Quiet the disturbance within"
- Access your Higher Self
- Find solutions and action steps to problem issues
- Help you stay grounded in your felt experience
and clear understanding
By applying Focusing attention and processing to each Step and/or feeling that arises while working the Steps, the sunken
heaviness of powerlessness is replaced by the empowered aliveness of felt sensing.
Discover your True Self, access your Higher Self, and connect with your Higher Power, as you recover your truth, your
sense of self, and your aliveness.
I can help small groups learn Focusing Partnership skills as they work through the Steps of recovery, or I can work with
you individually to give you guidance and teach you Focusing processing as you enter your recovery journey.
There is no way around, only through.

into your deep felt change and awakening.

FOR HEALERS AND THERAPISTS. I am developing a one-year RECOVERY FOCUSING course as a first-year toward Certification as
a Focusing Practitioner (Guide and Trainer). This course offers you an opportunity to get an experiential understanding of
both Focusing AND the Twelve Steps while offering you a unique opportunity to work on an addictive process, like love addiction,

For experienced 12 Steppers, RECOVERY FOCUSING offers you an eight-week training program in FOCUSING PARTNERSHIP FOR CO-SPONSORSHIP.
Focusing Partnership is the practice of processing issues and situations in your life which need attention with another
Focuser who is your safe listener, and to whom you listen when s/he Focuses. It is an egalitarian relationship of mutual support
that enables us to gain rapid insights
and to find solutions/action steps that shift us into a deeper sense of serenity.
Learning Focusing Partnership skills will enable you to process issues in your life that need attention WHILE YOU LEARN
a skill that can be practiced with any other Focuser in the future.
RECOVERY FOCUSING Skills help Sponsors guide newcomers into brief moments of Focusing, thereby helping them access their
inner truth.
